Supporting Children’s Behavior that Challenge…..Us!

August 3rd Tuesday 6-7pm

Do you have relationship issues with a little human in your care? Do these words sound familiar?

I am exhausted with this child..

I can't do this....

You are making me crazy....

In the middle of a meltdown as we teach new skills as we work to teach children to regulate their emotions and learn new skills....the first place to start is connection and our own self regulation.

Why is this important:

Many children experience risk factors that increase the likelihood of displaying behaviors that challenge us. We review the basics of challenging behavior and examine our role in providing responsive strategies. We will focusing on how we adults manage big emotions to teach and support little humans how to handle big emotions.

Walk away refreshed by dialogue and ideas explored in interactive whole group and smaller breakout sessions. Resource handouts will be provided.
