Why is this Important?
Educators working proactively with parents play a critical role in identifying children who may need extra help in their development. Research indicates there are identifying and securing services for specific groups of children. Many children are eligible for early intervention programs, but are not participating in them.
Walk away refreshed with tools and a clarified understanding of the assessment and screening process. This session will include interactive discussion in whole group and smaller breakout sessions. Research, resource handouts will be provided.
